this series of liquid phenolic resins are mainly used in wet production of friction materials, clutch surfaces and other products;

resin has the characteristics of narrow molecular weight distribution and strict index control;

this product has the characteristics of high strength and low addition;

[User Guide]]

1.CP-2 is used for wet production of flexible friction materials, and 6% hexamethylenetetramine is added when used.

2. Steel back glue: The bonding surface of the steel back should be degreased, water and rust removed, and then cleaned with ethanol to ensure that the bonding surface is anhydrous, oil-free and rust-free. Glue coating: both brushing and spraying can be done. when spraying, it needs to be diluted with solvent. each time it is coated at room temperature (25 ℃), it is left to air for 30 minutes (or preheated at 70 ℃ for 15 minutes). When used in disc production, only apply it once.

Curing time: When used in disc production, the pressing temperature should be 160 ℃-8 minutes, and then post-treatment should be carried out according to the corresponding process.

3. PF6561 is selected for the production of light-colored brake belts. The resin can be stored for a long time at room temperature. PF6908 resin can be selected for the production of brake belts with good flexibility.

4. For products that need granulation, PF6562 is selected. The resin has good moisture retention and no dust after the particles are stored.

5. Dust-proof mixture dust-proof agent can be added when the material is mixed, which can effectively reduce the dust of the mixture.
