[User Guide]]

2. It is necessary to control the mixing temperature when mixing materials. Excessive temperature will cause the resin to melt and cause the mixture to agglomerate.

3. Phenolic resin stored in the storage and metering system of phenolic resin needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent the phenolic resin caked with damp from entering the mixture, causing phenolic resin spots in the product.

4. Select phenolic resin according to the characteristics of the formula. The formula with high phenolic resin content is suitable for selecting the resin with short fluidity, and the formula with low phenolic resin content is suitable for selecting the resin with long fluidity.

5. The content of curing agent in the product affects the performance of the product. The product with high curing agent content has high hardness and good heat resistance. On the contrary, the product with low curing agent content has low hardness.
