Reactive polyamide resin is further reacted and used as epoxy resin curing Agent, resulting in extensive crosslinking into thermosetting resin. When used as curing agent, it is random, non-toxic, and can be used frequently. The advantages of curing under temperature and softness and non-embrittlement can make epoxy resin have excellent adhesion, flexibility, toughness, chemical resistance, moisture resistance and surface smoothness. The biggest use of dipolyacid amine resin-epoxy resin is Binder, surface coating, can seal and mold casting resin. The binder has good wetting property, high bonding strength, good plasticity of inner height increase, and can withstand greater impact force than epoxy resin cured with amine. This adhesive can be used as metal side seam adhesive, plastic, automobile body welding agent and joint blocking material, and also as metal-metal adhesive structural adhesive. Epoxy resin cured by dipolyacid-based polyamide has excellent properties such as flexibility, chemical resistance, salt corrosion resistance, impact resistance and high gloss, and is widely used as surface coating.
