Production method

It is obtained by the action of p-methylphenol and isobutylene under the catalysis of 732# strongly acidic ion exchange resin. The above reaction was carried out at about 60 ° C. The filtrate was added to the methanol caustic soda solution, and the reaction by-product 2,6-was precipitated, filtered, and the ethanol was re-crystallized to obtain 264 antioxidant as a by-product. The filtered filtrate is neutralized with sulfuric acid, distilled, washed with water, and then distilled under reduced pressure, crystallized and filtered to obtain the finished product.
