1. It is obtained by the ester of acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of sulfuric acid. Butyl alcohol, acetic acid and sulfuric acid are put into the ester kettle in proportion, and the ester is carried out at 120℃. After reflux dehydration, the acid value during the ester is controlled below 0.5. After neutralization, the obtained crude ester enters the distillation kettle, after distillation, condensation and separation, reflux dehydration is carried out, alcohol ester is recovered, and finally the product is obtained by distillation below 126℃. The production process includes continuous method and batch method, depending on the production scale. Raw material consumption quota: Acetic acid (98%)540kg/t, n-butyl alcohol 650kg/t. In recent years, scientific research reports on the development and application of solid acid, heteropolyacid and other catalysts instead of sulfuric acid to reduce equipment corrosion have increased day by day, but no reports have been successfully used in industrial production. 2. Carry out distillation, ultra-clean filtration and ultra-clean sub-packaging of industrial butyl acetate. 4. Preparation Method: Add 98% formic acid 61G (1.33mol) and anhydrous ethanol to the reaction bottle equipped with reflux condenser. Change to distillation device for distillation, collect the fraction below 62℃, slide out the liquid saturated with sodium chloride, and then wash with saturated sodium bicarbonate and saturated sodium chloride solution successively.
