Production method

Acetone was condensed into diacetone alcohol in the presence of sodium hydroxide. Diacetone alcohol was dehydrated in the presence of phosphoric acid. Crude products at 126-131 ℃ were collected through fractional distillation, and then rectification was carried out. The finished products were obtained by collecting 128-132 ℃ fraction. 1t product consumes about 1200kg of diacetone alcohol.
