It is used as organic solvent, dry cleaning agent, oil extractant, smoke agent, desulfurizer and fabric finishing agent, etc. Perchloroethylene is widely used, mainly as organic solvent, dry cleaning agent, metal degreasing solvent, and also as anthelminthics. Perchloroethylene can be used as fatty extractant, extinguishing agent and smoke agent..
1. Ethylene method this method can produce trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene together, divided into the following two methods. a) direct ethylene chloride and chlorine are reacted in the solution of 1,2-dichloroethane containing FeCl3 catalyst at 280-450 ℃ to generate 1,2-dichloroethane, then it is further chlorinated to trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene. After distillation, it is neutralized, washed and dried with NH3. B) oxychloride method using ethylene and chlorine addition to produce 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane and chlorine, oxygen using CuCl2 and KCl as catalyst and 425 ℃, oxychlorination reaction is carried out under the condition of 138-207kpa, and the product is distilled after cooling, washing and drying to obtain high purity product. 2. Hydrocarbon oxidation process chlorinated and pyrolyzed the hydrocarbon mixture containing methane, ethane, propane, propylene and so on at 50-500 ℃ to obtain hydrochloric ether kinds of mixture, which is separated into various products after rectification. 3. Acetylene method acetylene and chlorine are heated and chlorinated to generate 1,1,2, 2-tetrachloroethane. Hydrogen chloride is removed from alkali to obtain trichloroethylene, then pentachloroethane is generated by chlorination, and then hydrogen chloride is removed from alkali to obtain tetrachloroethylene. Due to the high price of acetylene, it has been gradually replaced by vinyl method. 4. Producing acetylene after chlorination, it generates tetrachloroethane, which becomes trichloroethylene after being removed from HCl by alkali, and then becomes pentachloroethane by chlorination, and then becomes tetrachloroethylene after being removed from HCl by calcium hydroxide. In order to prepare chromatographic pure perchloroethylene, nitrogen can be used as carrier gas, and its crude product can be injected into the preparation gas chromatograph with SE30/White diatomite support stationary phase column, and its main peak components can be separated and collected, then fill the glass ampoule and seal it. 5. It is obtained by the effect of pentachloroethane and lime milk on the process of dehydration.
