abstract:
this paper introduces a method for manufacturing semi-extinction products in the field of raw materials for chemical production. Through the detailed elaboration of raw material selection, manufacturing process and performance evaluation, we demonstrated the feasibility and advantages of this manufacturing method. Semi-matting products have unique surface gloss and are widely used in various fields, especially in the cosmetics, plastics and coatings industries.
1. Introduction
With the continuous development of science and technology, the demand for semi-extinction products in daily life and industrial applications is increasing. Semi-matte products have received widespread attention because of their unique surface gloss, which gives the product a unique visual effect and touch. The purpose of this paper is to explore the method of manufacturing semi-extinction products in the field of chemical production raw materials to meet the market demand.
2. raw material selection
In the process of manufacturing semi-extinction products, it is very important to choose the right raw materials. We have selected polymers with high molecular weight and good thermal stability as the base material to improve the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the products. In addition, we also added additives with specific surface activity to adjust the surface gloss of the product.

1. Ingredients: According to the preset ratio, add polymers, additives and other auxiliary materials to the high-speed mixer, and fully stir evenly.

After the above tests and evaluations, we conclude that the manufactured semi-matting products have suitable surface gloss, excellent mechanical properties, good thermal stability and excellent weather resistance. Compared with traditional matte products, semi-matte products provide more unique visual effects, while retaining good physical properties, making them have a wide range of applications in the fields of cosmetics, plastics and coatings.

This paper introduces a method for manufacturing semi-extinction products in the field of raw materials for chemical production. Through the detailed elaboration of raw material selection, manufacturing process and performance evaluation, we proved the feasibility and advantages of this manufacturing method. The semi-extinction products have good performance and application prospect, which provides a new choice to meet the market demand. We expect that this manufacturing method can be further optimized in the future, improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to the widespread application of semi-extinction products.
